Our Values:

We have eight main values that we uphold across the Stanbic Uganda Holdings Limited  Group. We adhere to them in every sector and continue to seek improvements and innovation in the way we do business.

Our assurance of ethical and responsible business practices

We are a large and diverse business. To drive our growth cohesively we have agreed on several common guidelines, including our Code of Ethics. Our Code of Ethics gives us details about how our values apply in the workplace, including guidance on their application in specific situations. Our Code of Ethics is designed to:

  • Enable greater empowerment and faster decision-making at all levels of our business
  • Ensure that as a significant player in the financial services industry, we follow the highest standards of responsible business practice in our interactions with all our stakeholders.
