  • Sectional title complexes (zoned for business purposes) including individual units in these complexes
  • Existing residential properties which are primarily used for business purposes and which have business rights consent use.

 The properties to be mortgaged must be in Uganda and must be in prime areas.

  • Business Legal documents
  • Business' financial statements, including and income statement, balance sheet and cash flow 
  • A 12-month cash flow forecast 
  • Proof of equity contribution and the source of these funds 
  • Business' bank statements for the past six months.
